Great location near the beach, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Free parking and acceptable wifi. Breakfast and restaurant available. Small but comfortable 1 bedroom apartments.

Really nice breakfast, the staff was very friendly, they spoke english and spanish. The whole room was clean and confortable. Would be back and recommend it for sure!

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Close to the beach and the traditional handicraft fair of Fortaleza (Feirinha Beira Mar). Very friendly staff. I was upgraded for free in a 2 room apartment, because the first apartment was near the lift and therefore there were very noisy. The apartment No.1501 on the 15th floor is very big and quiet. It has 2 bedrooms (double and 2 single beds), a living room, kitchen, balcony with partial view of the sea. Refrigerator with various drinks, prices are indicated. Free Wifi. Hairdryer available. Unfortunately, I could not test the breakfast buffet. I had to leave the hotel before 6 am.

At night the area is a bit unsafe. The staff recommended me to avoid the alley opposite the hotel (where the Comfort Hotel is located) by walking alone. I took a taxi after dinner at the COCO Bambu Restaurant (to recommend) to the hotel (12 R$). Not equipped kitchen!

Had a great Easter stay! Loved being so close to the beach and having easy access to the grocery store and pharmacy. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. the daily buffet breakfast was a nice way to start each day and offered a good variety of fresh fruits and pastries. We also enjoyed the view of the city skyline from our balcony.

some of the staff members struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the great value for money. Secondly, the location was excellent - there was a supermarket within walking distance, which was really convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were in great condition and had a small kitchen, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast provided was also delicious and had a good variety of options.

The hotel's location is convenient with a nearby supermarket and pharmacy. the rooms are decent with clean beds, but no extras. Bathrooms have poor water quality and limited hot water supply. Breakfast is basic with not many options, great if you are on prison diet.

The staff are rude and unaccommodating, completely lacking in compassion and customer service.

We recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Fortaleza and had a great experience. The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea and was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The pool and gym were well-maintained and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city. We also appreciated the individual safes in the rooms, which provided extra security for our valuables.

The internet connection was a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating when we were trying to plan our day. the breakfast could have been better for the price.

Attention to detail: One aspect that stood out during my stay at this hotel was their attention to detail. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a small kitchen that had everything I needed to prepare basic meals. It was a pleasant surprise to find such convenience in a hotel of this calibre.
